Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary, and we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for you. Please review the details below regarding SESH return, exchange, and cancellation policies. 

Returns: 

Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.

Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with the safety sticker still sealed. Unsealed items are not eligible for return.

To register your return request, please send an email to Customercare@simplysesh.com, including the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your name
  3. Your phone number
  4. Details of the return request
  5. A clear picture of the invoice and products received

Alternatively, you can contact us directly through direct messages on our Facebook or Instagram page.

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges of your return. The only exception is if you received damaged merchandise, in which case the shipping and handling charge will be covered by SESH.

Returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or to the Vodafone cash wallet in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD).

Returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the return.

If you return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, discount, or free shipping, only the paid value will be refunded, excluding the shipping fees.

Once we have received your package and the items have been accepted, your refund will be issued. The refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Processing the refund may take up to 5 - 10 working days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds only apply to the value of the items purchased.

 

Exchanges:

Shipping and handling charges for the exchange will be your responsibility.

In the case of defective items, wrong orders, or items damaged during delivery by the courier, SESH will cover all shipping and handling charges for the exchange.

 

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted through our website.

If you no longer want to receive your order, please contact us. Your order will be handled as a return, subject to the return policy mentioned above and any applicable processing delays.

 

Damaged Products:

In the case of defective items, wrong orders, or items damaged during delivery by the courier, SESH allows you to arrange an exchange for the same or any other SESH item. All shipping and handling charges will be covered by SESH.
