What you will learn

Build morning and evening routines and distinguish a useful addition from duplication.

Core ideas before application

Does serum tell you the product's function?

No; check its ingredients and purpose. Format alone does not tell you whether it hydrates, exfoliates or serves another role.

Where does sunscreen go in the morning?

After skincare and before makeup. Apply it as its own layer as directed.

Locate ultraviolet and visible light within the spectrum. This is not a sunscreen protection test; protection must be assessed from product data and testing.

Why introduce one product at a time?

It makes tolerance and benefit easier to track. A gradual approach improves observation without guaranteeing tolerance.

When might another serum be unnecessary?

When it duplicates a function already met comfortably. Choose for an actual need, not a product count.
